Is there a setup fee for re-orders?
No. Because we keep your digital artwork and physical samples on file from your previous orders, we waive all setup and design fees for exact layout re-orders.
What information do I need to provide?
Simply provide your Company Name and a new Name List in Excel, Word, or PDF. If you have a past invoice number or order date, adding it will help us pull your file even faster.
How long will it take to get my re-order?
Re-orders are processed with high priority. You will receive an artwork proof within 24 hours, and once approved, we manufacture and ship from our Calgary facility in 1–3 business days [Image 8].
What if I need to change a logo or font?
Minor updates to your existing layout are easy. Mention the changes in your request, and our design team will include them in your free digital proof for approval .Can I re-order if my last order was years ago?
