Engraved Name Plates with Permanent, Crisp Lettering
Our engraved name plates are laser-engraved from premium two-layer plastic: the surface is cut away to expose the contrast colour beneath, so names and titles are part of the plate itself — they cannot rub off, fade, or peel, even after years on a busy desk or office door.
Standard sizes are 2" × 8" and 2" × 10", with custom sizes available for existing holders. Pair them with our desk holders or wall holders, or order plates alone. With 14+ colour combinations, it's easy to match your brand or interior.
Every order includes a free digital proof. Made in our Calgary facility and shipped anywhere in Canada or the USA within 1–3 business days of artwork approval — no minimum order.

Our design team generates a digital artwork proof—a precise visual mock-up allowing you to verify logo scaling, font legibility, and color accuracy . We accompany this proof with a transparent, tiered quote that automatically applies bulk volume discounts to your order.
3. Final Design Validation
Review your digital proof and provide your final sign-off. This stage is critical for maintaining brand consistency; once you grant approval, your project is moved immediately into our specialized manufacturing queue .
4. Precision Production
Using advanced Sublimation or high-resolution UV printing, we apply your design to high-quality anodized aluminum or 316-grade stainless steel . Every unit undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection to ensure the finish is flawless and fasteners are securely attached.
5. Dispatch & Tracking
